Networking Fun!


Hey! I had a very eventful Friday, Erika and I represented f.a.s.h. DET at our first "official outing" together by attending a fashion show that Timmi of iStyle had told me about. Timmi and Elle of iStyle are two local stylish bloggers that we met thru twitter. Timmi had the great idea of us all meeting and attending a fashion show that was happening on Friday. So we did! We had an awesome time meeting each other! We all clicked so well!

 After the show we ventured out for drinks and a bite, the afterglow is a drink Erika introduced us all to and it was great, it included cucumber vodka and was delish and has since had me googling cucumber vodka. It was too good for words, lol!  Our evening was filled with laughter, tons of fashion talk and really just a good positive time. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more of this beautiful duo! 
 On to what I wore:
I purchased this awesome jacket from LilyKai vintage a while back and I couldn't wait to wear it, I just love the puffy sleeves on this jacket, they are very snow white-ish. I love this jacket so much!!! I can't wait to wear it again and dress it down. :) Thanks Kristen again for this amazing piece, I received tons of compliments on it!

Can I just tell you all how happy I am to have started this blog! It has allowed me to meet some of the most stylish, genuine and sincere people both on and off line! I am definitely looking forward to the great things that are in store! I want to say thank you to you all for following, commenting and just being "friends" it definitely means a lot to me!
P.S.
I have been so busy with f.a.s.h. DET and other great things that I have not had a chance to get to all of your blogs like I am used to. Please don't take it personally and I promise within the coming weeks I'll be sure to catch up, because of course I definitely miss reading all of your posts! Thank you all for understanding! :)

    This jacket is fabulous! I love how the shoulders puff up and design of the black and red! The slacks are great too, I've been looking for a pair of black wide leg slacks. I think I might have go to jcp.com and check them out!!
