Chic Friend Fridays: Jody-Ann

I wanted to start an AWESOME new feature on my blog..."Chic Friend Fridays" where I will feature a follower of my blog.

What prompted you to start your blog?
After opening my vintage purse store on Etsy, I started my blog as a way to provide current and potential customers an insight into the person behind the store, or "face behind the bag" so to speak. While my blog has evolved, and continues to evolve, it is still my main platform for sharing little pieces of me with visitors to my store.

What are your fashion must haves?
This might sound obsessive, but I cannot leave the house without a purse. Even if it is something as small as a clutch or a cute coin purse, otherwise I feel naked, sad I know. In the words of Ms. Carrie Bradshaw "...balls are to men what purses are to women. It's just a little bag, but we feel naked in public without it."

How would you describe your style?
I would consider my style to be casual chic. I am all for pieces that are easy to wear, but still classic and stylish.

What's the one thing you enjoy *most* about being a blogger?
While I do enjoy almost all aspects of blogging, I can honestly say the most gratifying part of blogging has been the new relationships that I've been able to form with other bloggers. In the last 9 months I've had the opportunity to interact with some amazing individuals (present blogger included), and I still find it astonishing how someone you've never even met can be so helpful, encouraging or just plain nice.
