Hey ladies,

I've been wanting to do this post for some time now. My apartment is still a bit of a work in progress but I wanted to show you all a bit of my space.

I really want to paint but can't seem to find the time or courage...*wink* . I really would like to paint I think it will add a nice touch. A year ago I had an all white space with turquoise accents.

in the process of finding new pillows. I purchased those before the rug.

I was so tired of the white, I wanted to get a new sofa and I went for a sectional this time. I like it. It kinda just screams sit on me, something my white furniture never said. hehe.




These are just a few elements I love. 
my old boss gave me this plaque. I actually wanna make to blow it up and make it wall art.

i Love Lillies, found this @ homegoods for like $7 bucks in clearance.

 I'm in the process of trying to find paint, new pillows, drapes and little quirky items to jazz it up a notch.

    One word............Hatin'. LOL! Your place is beautiful! I am just starting to get that, "let me beautify my home" feeling. I have always been on the go and just concerned about bed and fridge, but now.......especially since I am ready to get married. I have more of a nesting instinct.

    Love that couch girl! Super nice place you have! I'm gonna wait to re-do mine when I get into my house after hubby finishes school. Right now I'm content. I think burnt orange and cream would look amazing with the dark brown couch! Thanks for sharing! Kiah

    Interior decorating is my thing! Your house says a lot about you as a person! Love a good looking house! Especially when it accents pieces about your personality! I love everything you've done! It looks exactly like my last apartment!

    Luv what you've done with the place -- so modern, elegant and chic! But what should I have expected coming from you!

    I luv the color scheme and the chocolate with ivory and pops blue, tan etc... adds major sophistication. My new home is a work in progress -- thx for inspiring me girl!
