Colorblock + Books and Berries
A couple Sundays ago Erika and I had the opportunity of attending "Books and Berries." The event was a great time, we enjoyed Yum Delish Berries and purchased books from Detroit author Monica Marie Jones. I picked up the last copy of her new book Monday Morning Motivation I was also able to purchase a gift certificate from Yum Delish. Erika and I worked the crowd and had the chance to network with the attendees. Monike and Monica were even kind enough to give us a chance to get on the mic and talk about our blogs as well as spread the word about f.a.s.h. DET: Fashion Bloggers of Detroit.
Monica Marie Jones of The Literary Loft and Monike L.Welch of Yum Delish are native Detroiters with a passion and a purpose, to capture their audience with intriguing literary works all while satisfying their sweet tooth with delicious chocolate covered treats. Information on Monica Mare Jones or to place an order can be found on www.literaryloft.com or www.monicamariejones.com. Information on Monike L. Welch or to place and order can be found on www.yumdelish.com. source

I had such a great time at the event! It was so great networking with other positive women in the city. The book is turning out to be a great read so far! You can purchase it here. Also Yum Delish who was a sponsor f.a.s.h. DET's first event has the most delicious chocolate covered treats. Be sure to check out the website. Yum Delish even delivers if you are in the Detroit area! I can't wait to use my gift certificate!
If you would like to see more pictures and the f.a.s.h. DET recap of the event just click here. P.S.
I won't be posting tomorrow, so I hope you all have a spectacular Thanksgiving!
