Chic in Church: Matchy, Matchy
Happy Monday!!
I wore this look to church last week and boy was I HOTTT, it was a scorcher that day, just looking at these pics I'm reminded of the heat! Whew. You can just about tell on my face or at least I can! I haven't matched my shoes to my bag AND belt in a long time and this monochromatic look seemed a bit boring, but after a while I actually liked it. As a blogger, I think we're always trying to play with prints and color blocking and more experimenting, but sometimes its ok to "play it safe". What do you think?
Have a great week, everyone!
P.S. I'm in love with stripes lately.

Totally agree, sometimes it's fun and creative to stay in the lines. Great color combination.

Love the maroon color on you and yes that is one chic outfit.
ReplyDeleteSafe! Nothing needs to be changed. I totally agree sometimes we are doing others that we follow on the blog and forget to be us. I'm a cardigan girl so get ready to see them in August when I return to work.
ReplyDeleteI find myself always trying to keep it interesting also but sometimes out of fear of losing readers but I am like "welp guess I will keep it simple today" nothing wrong with that at all. You look fantastic and I love those shorts!
